We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
All orders placed on www.3monkeys-publishing.com will be immediately assigned a unique identification number. This number is the internal identifier of your order. With this number, you will know when your order is being processed and when it is shipped. We send you shipping confirmation emails once your order has left our warehouse, and you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account at https://www.3monkeys-publishing.com/account/orders.

Your online safety is our priority. We may not yet be black belts in karate, but at least we adhere to the strictest security standards and ensure that all purchases are made through an SSL (secure socket layer) connection. If you don’t know what that means, Google is the answer!

WARNING: JINX is subscription-based. Cancellation will therefore take effect at the end of your subscription period.
At the start of a new 6-month period, we clear out the old JINX issues so that new subscribers for the new period do not have access to those they have not paid for. We informed subscribers by email. If you are subscribed, we will resend the issues by email. Please confirm your request by listing the missing issue number(s).
