Delivery times are extended to 10 days as a guideline, subject to stock availability.
In case of a delay exceeding 15 days beyond the deadline (except in cases of force majeure), the consumer may cancel the order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company IMAGINEO. They have a period of 60 working days from the indicated delivery deadline to do so.
If delivery has not occurred between the sending and receipt of this letter, the order is considered cancelled. The company IMAGINEO will refund all amounts paid by the buyer (including shipping costs) as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days thereafter.
