Shipping costs are free from 60 euros, for all purchases
in Metropolitan France.
All orders placed on www.3monkeys-publishing.com are shipped by tracked COLISSIMO. To track a package, provide yourself with the colissimo number that
you received when you purchased and went to the site www.colissimo.fr.
Then follow the directions.
Delivery times are extended to 10 days as an indication, subject to availability of stock.
If the deadline is exceeded by more than 15 days (except in cases of force majeure), the consumer may cancel the order by sending IMAGINEO a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The consumer has 60 working days from the deadline indicated for delivery of the goods to do so.
If delivery has not taken place between the sending and receipt of this letter, the order is considered broken. IMAGINEO will reimburse all sums paid by the buyer (including shipping costs) as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our company operates globally and offers fast and secure deliveries via the leaders in express delivery (UPS, DHL, FEDEX...)
For European destinations, delivery takes place within 48 to 72 hours after the package leaves our warehouse.
For other destinations, delivery time varies from 4 to 6 days, depending on the country.
All our packages are insured and accompanied by a tracking number for real-time tracking.
