Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 100% "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee on all our products. We have implemented a simple and effective return policy.

 Please note, this return/refund policy only applies if you did not make any errors in your address when placing your order.

1. You wish to cancel or modify your order

We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12-24 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after your order to send a cancellation or modification email to info@3monkeys-publishing.com

 Beyond this deadline, your items will have already been shipped, so we will no longer be able to modify your order.

2. You have not received your package

Our average delivery times are 4-8 business days.

 It is possible that some packages take a little longer than this. But if you still have not received your package 30 business days after ordering, we will fully refund you and you may keep the item when you receive it. Contact us at info@3monkeys-publishing.com to report a missing item.

3. You have received your item but are not satisfied with it

You can return your item up to 14 days after receipt.

 Here is how to proceed in 3 steps:

 - Contact support at info@3monkeys-publishing.com to notify us that you will be making a return

- Print and fill out the return form

- Send your item along with the form to the address we will provide by email.

After receiving the item, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (total amount of the corresponding invoice) in the form of a store credit (if you prefer another form of refund, please let us know).

 Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.

4. Your items arrived defective

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

 In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at info@3monkeys-publishing.com with the following details:

 - Your order number

- A description of the problem (wrong/defective item, ...)

- A photo or video of the item in question

If the defect prevents you from appreciating the item in its primary use then:

 - You will not need to return the product

- We will directly refund the amount of your order in the form of a store credit (if you prefer another form of refund, please let us know).
