1. You want to cancel or modify your order

We process orders quickly, usually within 12-24 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after your order to send a cancellation or modification email to info@3monkeys-publishing.com

 After this period, your items will have already been shipped, so we will no longer be able to modify your order.

2. You have not received your package

Our average delivery times are 4-8 business days.

 Some packages may take a little longer. But if you still have not received your package 30 business days after ordering, we will fully refund you and you can keep the item when you receive it. Contact us at info@3monkeys-publishing.com to report a missing item.

3. You received your item but are not satisfied

You can return your item up to 14 days after receipt.

 Here’s how to do it in 3 steps:

 - Contact support at info@3monkeys-publishing.com to notify us that you will be making a return

- Print and fill out the return form

- Send your item along with the form to the address we will provide by email.

After receiving the item, we will refund the full amount of your purchase (total invoice amount) in the form of a store credit (if you prefer another form of refund, please let us know).

 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Your items arrived defective

Despite our careful selection of trusted carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

 In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us at info@3monkeys-publishing.com with the following details:

 - Your order number

- A description of the problem (wrong/damaged item, etc.)

- A photo or video of the item in question

If the defect prevents you from enjoying the item in its main use then:

 - You will not need to return the product

- We will refund you the amount of your order directly in the form of a store credit (if you prefer another form of refund, please let us know).
