Shipping terms

​ SHIPPING TO METROPOLITAN FRANCE / BELGIUM

Shipping costs are free from 60 euros, for all purchases in Metropolitan France.

​ All orders placed onwww.3monkeys-publishing.com are shipped by tracked COLISSIMO. To track a package, take the Colissimo number you received when you made your purchase and go to the websitewww.colissimo.fr . Then follow the directions.

Below you will find the table summarizing the delivery times as well as the average reception times:

• (2): Average delivery times given by carriers
• (3): Order placed between 10 p.m. and midnight, shipping time: D+2.
• (4): Allow one extra day for orders placed after 7 p.m.

Delivery times are extended to 10 days as an indication, subject to availability of stock.

If the deadline is exceeded by more than 15 days (except in cases of force majeure), the consumer may cancel the order by contacting the company IMAGINEO a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. He has 60 working days to do so from the deadline indicated for delivery of the goods.

If delivery has not taken place between the sending and receipt of this letter, the order is considered broken. The company IMAGINEO will reimburse all amounts paid by the buyer (including shipping costs) as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​ Our company sells internationally. We only ship by DHL or UPS, which are the fastest delivery company.

For Europe destinations shipping takes only 24-48 hours, from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

For the rest of the world shipping varies from 4 to 8 days, from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

We always ship the package insured and with tracking number.
